  • Which Planet Has The Most Gravity?

    Did You Know!

Georgia is home to Providence Canyon, sometimes nicknamed “Georgia’s Little Grand Canyon.” What makes it especially unusual is that its dramatic gullies weren’t created solely by natural erosion—poor farming practices during the 1800s greatly accelerated erosion in the area, eventually helping form canyons that reach roughly 150 feet deep.

Today, Providence Canyon State Park near Lumpkin is considered one of Georgia’s most striking landscapes.

  • The Dumbest Car Invention That No Longer Exists

🚗 Anyone remember these things? Motorized seatbelts were one of the strangest features of late-’80s and early-’90s cars, automatically sliding the shoulder belt into position when you got in—but many systems still required you to manually buckle a separate lap belt. If you drove a car with one of these automatic belts, you probably haven’t forgotten it! 😂
