A recently resurfaced clip from 2017 is making the rounds again, showing Donald Trump during his visit to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria—and it’s equal parts unexpected and unforgettable. In the video, Trump lightens the moment by tossing rolls of paper towels into the crowd like a basketball, drawing laughter and cheers as supporters reached up for the supplies. The off-the-cuff moment has gone viral years later, with many viewers calling it classic Trump humor amid a serious recovery effort.
