Labor Shortages May Be Worse Than Expected

This is not good.

With many individuals deciding to quit their jobs. Some have stated that the labor shortages may be worse than expected. In the state of Philadelphia, many renter rates have skyrocketed which is causing individuals to move far from their employment.

This causes individuals to lose interest in their job and quit to look for something closer to where they live. Many state officials have said that this may be causing more job losses in recent months.

This being paired up with inflation rates is very bad for Americans who are trying to get back into the work force.
