IRS Sends Out Child Tax Credit

The IRS has stated that Americans should start to receive their child tax credit as long as they are eligible. The first batch of payments have been sent out to Americans.

Those eligible can receive up to $300 per child if they are ages 6-7 and a total up to $1,500 depending on how many children a person has. The next payment to roll out is on December 15th.

The IRS has asked Americans to be patient with these payments as they have a large backlog of Americans that they need to attend to.
