Dallas Cowboys Make Dramatic Change

Coming off of a win against the Carolina Panthers, the Dallas Cowboys made an jaw dropping move to release of their star players on their roster. Their move was to release Jaylon Smith this week to avoid hitting their salary cap for this coming off season.

Smith has a high injury risk for the 2021 season which is why the Cowboys decided to cut the player. Although this was a rather harsh move by the team, Smith will see all of his salary for the season which is 7.2 million dollars.

Other teams are already showing interest in the player due to his performance and his role as a defensive captain. Throughout his career Smith has made many highlights with having 18 total tackles this season before being cut by the team.
