Despite being the driest state by annual rainfall, with much of its land classified as desert or semi-arid, Nevada has over 300 naturally occurring hot springs, the most of any state. These geothermal features are scattered across its rugged terrain, making Nevada an unlikely hotspot (literally) for natural soaking pools, many of which are hidden in remote, wild landscapes.
