Angry Russian Man Ends Party For Thousands

A Russian man who was trying to sleep during a music festival in the city of Novosibirsk, Siberia, used an axe to cut the power supply of the entire event. The festival, which had around 3,000 people in attendance, was plunged into darkness, and the police had to intervene to restore order. The man was arrested and charged with causing damage to property.
