Should There Be Another COVID-19 Mandate?

After the recent mask mandate issued by President Joe Biden, some have stated that another mandate for vaccines or face masks may be necessary to help contain the pandemic. Others have stated that this could be taking it to the extreme and there should not be another mandate.
