A Golden Retriever named Nash proved he may be more welcoming committee than watchdog when a man allegedly broke into his owner's home in San Diego, California. Instead of barking or chasing the intruder away, Nash calmly watched the man make himself at home—and even brought over a toy in an apparent attempt to play. The dog's owner, who wasn't home but watched the unusual encounter unfold on his phone, later joked, "Nash is not the greatest guard dog. We thought he was going to be barking at people, and he did the exact opposite."
